I think nowadays I'm getting about 7 hours of sleep...or rather...slightly more. All those diseases please stay far far away from me! However, my dark rings seem to have remained with me for quite some time. how how!!
I realised there are many sales jobs around... why? That's because the market is picking up thus more salesperson are required. When market is down, sales department will be the first the downsize. It isn't my own theory, it's something I had learnt from textbook as well...
Anyway, a not very friendly 'act high class' customer called and irritating me just now! He said he wanna quote whatever I said and lodge a compliant to the management. I had mixed feelings at that moment....definitely not afraid at all.. I was completely irritated by his rudeness and on the other hand I'm rather happy because I had not received any complaint for my 1 year stay at the after sales service centre. The complaint will mark the first and will be my memorable farewell experience! I'm such a psycho! I thought I'm gonna be famous soon!!! So I gave him the number and the person's name he can speak too... Please! The customer will be angry to find out that I'm only a part timer and there's nothing they can do to me actually! Besides what I told are stated in the warranty card, I'm just barely regurgitating what is written on the warranty card. Haiz.... moral of the story: Be nice to others and others will be nice to you!
