A complain to SBS Transit
Hi All, below is a feedback that I'd made to SBS Transit just now and I would like to share with all what I'd wrote! =)I'm a season pass holder. I showed the pass to the bus captain when I board the bus. As past experience implied to me that some bus captain do not bother to give an acknowledgement upon seeing my pass, I would usually not bother to ensure that I get any ack in return. Somehow, the bus captain had not seen my pass and shouted to pay my fare. When I walked back to him, he said in a sarcastic and impolite manner that I'd not shown him my pass. I was really annoyed by the unpleasant incident. After that incident, I reminded myself to ensure my pass is visible to the bus captain. However, just now, at about 1110 at the same bus stop (clear water condo), I boarded bus 28 (towards TPY), the same unpleasant experience happened again. The bus captain wasn't paying attention to the passengers who are boarding the bus. I have to make a trip back to the bus captain to tell him that I held a season pass. The bus captain murmured something back, which I can't really hear what he said. I think I'm not the only season pass holder who had met such unpleasant experience because I'd heard my friend(season pass holder) complained to me on such unpleasant experience. I wish SBS will get back to me on this matter soon and let me know the actions that will be taken to avoid such unpleasant experience for the season pass holders. Thank You!I think this is the first time I'd formally filed a complain against an unpleasant experience! I really do not wish to complain because I don't wanna make complaining a habit. In another words, I don't wanna be a complain queen. Also, I hated complains too. I'm afraid of them actaully coz they're the number one spoiler! It'll spoil your entire day!! This explains why I mentioned in my msn that Post-Purchase Dissonance is very SCARY!!!That's all folks! Goodbye!
