The time has come

The time has come... after months of anticipation...everything is finally coming to an end. Or rather I'm about to embark on a new journey soon. A new chapter is gonna begin shortly.
My Boss was asking me if I'm nervous. Hm... I said 'No'! What a liar! Deep down I'm really nervous since the moment ying sms me. But, fortunately...this kind of anxiety was a different feeling from last year. Fingers crossed~ I actually msg horng about it, but it's a pity that she won't be around. The past 2 times, she was with me throughout...
Suddenly I have many thoughts in mind. 2006 had been a rather lousy year for me. I was really suay that I often have to tell myself that tomorrow will be a good day ahead. But, it wasn't. Actually I was quite mentally prepared for the lousy result, but I'm too lost in choosing the path I want to go next. Then I was told that horng will be going to australia... I'm happy for her but I just felt that I've lost something in life. I'm too dependent on friends... After that I went back to school and got back to the gruelling period once again. This time, I'm doing it by myself. I tried to make friends but somehow everytime when I felt that I've got 'into' the class, I'll be 'pushed' out. No one is to be blamed, or maybe I'm the one who's causing this. haha! Finally...everything came to an end and I'm able to start 2007 pretty smoothly.
I hope my journey will be able to continue smoothly. Of coz I'm prepared for hiccups along the way, but I do not wanna hurt myself again.

Well-mannered little children!

I was waiting for ying in the toilet just now at causeway point. So a little girl came to the basin area and started to reach for the tap... I was observing her throughout... She tried on the first tap, but can't reach. So she went on to the second one and did the same thing. Hm...How can she be able to touch the tap when she can't even did that in the first instance. All the basins are of the same height and width. I thought she was rather adorable and interesting. She perserved and was pretty determined. Then, I reached out to press the tap for her. Well, I wasn't prepared to hear anything from her. But she did! She thanked me! Not once but twice! Pretty cool~ hahaha! Ying even heard her telling her mummy that a jiejie helped her to press the tap. Wow! I'm pretty touched!
I like well-mannered little kids! Just like An Cheng who is the only one to greet me everytime. Most importantly was that he called me jiejie! hahaha! I taught him to do so though the mummy always ask him to call me Sylvia yee yee! Haha!! I like Melody too! Coz she thanked me for the yakult I gave her! hahaha! Though I was the one who asked her to thank me! haha! She's only 2 years old...
These small little incidents make me very delighted! I'm happy! (",)

My 100th post!

Happy Lunar New Year to everyone!
I've finally reached my 100th post.
This year was a pretty hectic year! I'm so hardworking though it's the piggy year. I helped out alot on Day 1 at my ah ma house. From preparation of food to washing dishes and then clearing up... all these chores I'm very much involved! Quite fulfilling though at some point of time, I'm really treated like a maid loh! Ignore my presence! Hello~ I'm my ah ma's grand-daughter, ah yee's niece and my mother's daughter okay~ Can't you all hear me calling ah yee~ and ma ma~ so loudly? duh?
The happiest part was that there were so many cute little kids~ Like Jade and little Melody! Melody was so adorable! haha! The way she thank me for the yakult I gave to her really melts my heart. haha! I'll be looking forward to more gathering with them!
Day 2...at big aunt's house~ Hm... 1st 2 hours was boring coz I'm the earliest. But after that things started to heat up! I'd finally managed to play bridge!! Yeah~ For quite a number of rounds! Alvin eventually agreed to join after isolating himself for so many instances. After he left, Melody's daddy took over. I can say that's the most fun, exciting and unpredictable games ever. Haha! 'Jiang hai shi lao de la' Playing with an accountant is so different! haha! Guess next year I'll be bugging him to play, but he'll be busy with Melody's baby brother already.
In conclusion, chinese new year was fun with the delicious food, games and good-mannered little kids around!

My desktop is a female!

My desktop is a female and I have no doubts about it since today!
Princess Desktop has been having her beauty sleep since tuesday. No matter how I tried to wake her up, she just ignore me! Okay...finally...cousin U-gene came and just mingle with her a bit and she woke up! How amazing~
I did a very stupid thing just now and it's really really really extremely stupid~ I deleted all the messages in my inbox~ so sicko of me! Next time I shall not choose 'Clear folder' option. What am I doing? I suposed to clear my sent items box. Whatever... can't turn back time.
